My favorite part of A Paradise Called Texas was when Mina, Mama, and Papa were on the boat.

When the storm came I liked that no one fell off the top bunk on the ship.

Also, I loved the food they gave during the ride.

It would be so cool to go out into the ocean from Germany to Texas.

I could picture it in my mind when Mina and Anna were looking over the boat pointing to Indian Point.

I could also picture the captain in his suit giving out orders .

I would love to go sailing.

And thats my favorite part about A Paradise Called Texas.

In A Paradise Called Texas Mina was my favorite character .

She was strong, brave, responsible, and wasn’t afraid of anything.

She didn’t talk back. She stayed strong after the loss of her mother.

 She came face to face with an indian.

I wish I was Mina sometimes.

So, Mina’s my favorite character.
